Create a new image from a given part of GD2 file or URL.

filename: Path to the GD2 image.
srcX: x-coordinate of source point.
srcY: y-coordinate of source point.

Note: Esta funcion requiere GD 2.0.1 o posterior.

Warning

Versiones de PHP para Windows anteriores a 4.3.0, no soportan el acceso remoto a archivos para esta función, no funcionará ni activando siquiera allow_url_fopen.
